Emailed about a loan, then had to keep paying fees

I got an email saying I was accepted for a $5000 loan. Then someone called me and said I had to pay for an insurance protection plan first. I paid it. Then they asked for more money, and I sent that too. They told me my funds would be deposited.

I checked my account and it was $4758 overdrawn. I called the guy back and he said it was just a glitch. Later, I tried to check my account online and couldn't get in. I had to call my bank. They told me I was $3468 overdrawn.

I've reported the whole thing as a scam. The contact was from [email protected].
