Approved for a loan but had to buy insurance with Bitcoin first

I was told I was approved for a loan and they needed access to my bank account so they could buy insurance money to protect my account if I couldnt pay because of my credit score. I talked to James Miller and they said they would deposit money in my account to pay for the insurance and then switch it over.

The money to buy the insurance was put in my account in two amounts like 250 and 209. They had me send it to my Cash App and change it to Bitcoin to buy the insurance and then took the money out of my Cash App. They said once they got that the loan money would go in my account and my payments would be 138 dollars a month for 2 years.

They called me from 916-3043678 to do the app and from 7735960913 to have me press #1 so they could get into my bank account. I already mentioned James Miller and the supervisor and that number at the start.
