Got a text saying I was approved for a loan I never asked for

I got a text message out of nowhere. It said I was approved for a loan, from three to ten thousand dollars. The message came from a phone number, 1 (910) 263-4107. It directed me to a website, lendingusaltd.com, and said the company was based in California.

I never applied for any loan with them. I didn't give out any information or lose any money, but it felt like a phishing attempt. Getting a message like that when you didn't ask for anything is just wrong.
