Facebook ad for boots I never got and no refund

I saw a Facebook ad for Lennox and Gray boots and used my credit card to buy them. A few weeks went by and nothing showed up, that was my first red flag. Then they finally shipped them but by then I read about the low quality issues so I refused the package at the post office.

I tried emailing their customer support, nothing. I tried messaging them on Facebook, nothing. So now I’m out sixty bucks and they got their boots back. Never got my money back.
