Got a fake pair of glasses from Lensmart online

I ordered a pair of glasses from the Lensmart website. What showed up was clearly a counterfeit product. The quality is terrible, nothing like what was advertised.

The total charge was $45.68 to my card. I tried to contact their customer service at [email protected] about it, but I never got any reply back. It just felt off.

I just want my money returned for sending me a fake item. This wasn't what I paid for at all.
