Facebook form led to a booking with confusing prices

I found this form on Facebook asking for info, so I filled it out. But there was no link to actually make an appointment at the end. They just contacted me right after I put my phone number in.

A person named "LEXI" answered some questions I had, but she kept giving me different prices for this booking appointment thing. First she said 30.00, then when I went to their website the option they were pushing on Facebook wasn't even there. Then she tried to get me to pay 45.00 instead.

I never paid anything, but the whole thing felt off. Their website is joinblvd.com and they have an address at 2800 S. Randolph St #160 in Arlington, VA. The phone number they used was (571) 200-7156.
