Ordered a rock stepper before Christmas, still nothing after 7 weeks
I ordered a LhanelFit Rock Stepper from their website back on December 18th. The product was sold out before Christmas, but they had a big discount to pre-order for the next run. They said it would ship in 3 to 5 weeks.
It's been nearly 7 weeks now and I haven't gotten anything. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times through their website—they don't have a phone number to call, apparently. I never got a single reply back.
My order number is 185106. What really gets me is I can see the exact same product is available right now on Amazon, sold by the same company. I paid almost $140 and have nothing to show for it.
