Phone call about a cash offer for my address

I got a call from someone named Jack saying he was with LHB. He said my address and asked if I’d be open to a cash range like $91,200 to $121,600. I didn’t ask for this call and I don’t know who LHB is. No company name was given besides that. It felt like a phishing thing. The number was (614) 683-7181 and it came from Columbus, OH. I didn’t lose any money but it was weird.

Text messages about my daughter’s property keep coming to my phone

This guy named Jack from LHB keeps texting me about buying my daughter’s property. He says he’s offering between $292800 and $390400 for it. But the thing is, he’s texting me, not her. He uses her name in the messages.

When I don’t reply, he just sends another one saying he needs to ask a question. It’s constant. I don’t know how he got my number. I never asked for this. The texts come from (614) 683-7158 and I looked it up, it says Columbus, OH. I haven’t lost any money but it’s just annoying and feels like phishing.
