No way to return shoes or cancel fake VIP charge

I saw these orthopedic shoes advertised on TikTok from LIAN footwear. They said the shoes were true to size and that they offered refunds if needed. So I ordered a pair. When the package finally showed up, the shoes were just wrapped in plastic. No shoebox, no labels, no invoice. Nothing. There was also no way to return them because there was no paperwork at all.

They told me it would be delivered by UPS but it came with some other carrier called Swift F. The email confirmation I got listed the shoes at $59.99 and then had something about a VIP Member x 1 that said FREE. I never asked for any membership. I just wanted shoes.

Anyway, about 2 weeks later I see a charge on my card for $39.99 for a VIP Membership. I never authorized that. I tried to find a way to contact them but there is no phone number or email or anything on their site that works. So now I am out the $102.99 total and stuck with these shoes I can't even return.

Ordered orthopedic shoes that were way too small and cheaply made

I ordered some orthopedic shoes from this place. They were advertised as good quality but when I got them they were cheaply made and way smaller than the size I ordered. Not even close.

They said full refund if you return within 30 days. So I tried to return them right when I got them. They told me I could keep them and get 20% back or I have to pay to ship them back myself. That’s not a full refund.
