Ordered a 250 year anniversary decanter and got nothing

I ordered a 250 year anniversary decanter from that website libiyi.com. It was supposed to be a special thing for a friend. I paid $98.96 for it.

That was a while ago and I never got anything. No package, no shipping update, nothing. I tried calling the number on the site (801) 541-2024 but it just rings. The website is still up though. I feel stupid for falling for it. It’s clearly a scam. I just want my money back but I don’t think that’s going to happen.

Ordered something online and got a cheap plastic item instead

I ordered a product from libiyi.com. The thing I got was not what was shown at all. It was just a cheaply made product, completely made of plastic. It felt really flimsy and nothing like the advertisement. I paid $116.97 for this. I tried to contact their support email, [email protected], but I never got any reply back. It just doesn't make sense to send something so different from what they show you.
