Ordered something online and got a cheap plastic item instead

I ordered a product from libiyi.com. The thing I got was not what was shown at all. It was just a cheaply made product, completely made of plastic. It felt really flimsy and nothing like the advertisement. I paid $116.97 for this. I tried to contact their support email, [email protected], but I never got any reply back. It just doesn't make sense to send something so different from what they show you.
