Dog brush from Facebook ad broke and they charged extra
I tried to go back to the email confirmation so I could complain about it, but the email said no reply. There’s no phone number anywhere. When I click “view my order” in the email it just says forbidden sight. So I can’t even look up my order.
Then I checked my prepaid card I used and there was a charge for $39.99 to a Curea shop in Illinois. I looked it up on Google and it said that’s an unauthorized recurring charge from a company selling pet products online. I never agreed to that.
