Ordered a hand sewn wreath from veterans, got a flat painted board instead

I ordered from liferegenvia.com what was supposed to be a hand sewn wreath made by a veteran soldier organization. I paid $29.99 for it. What showed up was just a flat piece of very thin board with a stars themed painting on it. Nothing hand done about it at all.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The address they have is 4733 melton rd, Gary, IN 46403 but I don't even know if that's real. Just feels like a total scam.
