Ordered a Life Shield device and it never showed up

I ordered a Life Shield device online and paid $49.95 for it. That was it, just a simple order, and I never got anything.

Now I'm out the money and there's no product. The phone number I have for them is (833) 652-9317 and the address just says DE, USA. No package, no tracking, nothing.

I just want my money back at this point.

Monthly charges for a medical device I never ordered

I noticed $49.95 coming out of my account every month from a company called Life Shield. They took it twice before they sent me some kind of device in the mail. I never ordered anything from them and I never even heard of them before this.

I think it might have something to do with those Medicare Advantage counselors who are always calling me. Maybe they signed me up for something without me knowing. I don't know how else they would have gotten my info. Now I'm out almost a hundred bucks and I have this thing I didn't ask for.
