Monthly charges for a medical device I never ordered

I noticed $49.95 coming out of my account every month from a company called Life Shield. They took it twice before they sent me some kind of device in the mail. I never ordered anything from them and I never even heard of them before this.

I think it might have something to do with those Medicare Advantage counselors who are always calling me. Maybe they signed me up for something without me knowing. I don't know how else they would have gotten my info. Now I'm out almost a hundred bucks and I have this thing I didn't ask for.
