Charged $75 for something I didn't get, can't reach anyone
I got charged $75 by LifeMD. I thought it was for an item but it wasn't for anything. I've tried calling their number, (800) 852-1575, so many times to cancel and get a refund. No one ever answers. It just puts me on hold and then drops the call after like 25 minutes. There's no way to contact them. I also tried the email [email protected]. Nothing. I can't get through to anyone for a refund or to cancel whatever this is.
