Got a loan offer that wanted me to send money back first

I tried to get a loan online from LightStreamFinancial.com. They said they would put money in my account first, but then they wanted me to go to Walmart and send money back to them before they'd give me the loan I actually asked for.

That didn't make any sense to me, so I checked ScamPulse.com. The person kept telling me they were with the BBB, which felt off. My bank even suspected fraud and froze my account because of all this.
