Got pop-ups and charged $14 on lilslavender.com, can't reach anyone

I was trying to buy something from lilslavender.com. When I was checking out, I got a bunch of weird pop-ups. I have a picture of them. After that, $14.02 came out of my account.

I've tried to call the number, (360) 522-3170. No answer. I emailed [email protected]. Nothing. I even tried finding them on Facebook. I can't reach anyone at all. The address just says Sequim, WA. There's no way to get a hold of them.
