Coffee mug holder that doesn’t even hold mugs
Contacting them was really difficult. They told me to send it back to an address in China but that would cost like 3 times what I paid. So I took the 20% refund instead. They said it would show up in my account in 3 to 10 business days. After 10 days nothing happened so I had to ask them three times. It took about a month before the refund finally went through. Felt like they were hoping I would just forget about it.
Ordered a wood charcuterie board, got a cheap hollow piece instead
The center is hollow. The whole thing weighs less than an ounce. It's just cheap.
Their site promised an easy return. But then they just offered us a 20% discount. Then 30%. Then they finally said they'd give a full refund, but they warned us about how expensive and inconvenient international return shipping would be. They never even gave us a return address. We told them we weren't paying to ship this back.
The website is lilyandeden.co. I wouldn't go near it.
