Ordered a sweater and got sent something completely different

I bought a knitted cardigan sweater from lilyandkatevancouver. What showed up was absolute garbage, nothing like what I ordered. I never gave permission for them to send a substitute.

I contacted the company and they won't give me my money back. They want me to make another purchase to get a discount instead. I refused. I told them I ordered the sweater I picked, not the one they sent. They had no business sending a replacement without even telling me the original wasn't available.

I tried to upload both pictures here but it only lets me do one. I can send the picture of the sweater I ordered. If you email me, I can send the one they actually sent. Ugh, it's so ugly!!! I'm out almost $70.
