Ordered two bathing suits that never showed up and no refund

I ordered 2 bathing suits from lilylove.com and they said they were delivered but they never came. I reached out to the company through their email and they told me I would get a refund. That never happened. Now I can't get a hold of them at all.

The address on their site is 2625 LOWELL BLVD, Denver, CO 80210 but I don't know if that's real. I spent $80 on this and got nothing. I just want my money back or the suits.
