Earrings not as pictured after paying shipping for replacement

I lost a pair of earrings from LilyMay while they were in transit. They said they would replace them free of charge with no shipping or postal charges. But then I had to pay the postal charges to the USPS anyway.

When the package finally arrived there was no invoice included. And the earrings were not like the picture at all. I paid 8 dollars for this. Their address is 20 haypress rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512. I just wanted what I ordered.
