Ordered dresses that took forever and came wrong size

I ordered from lilyswish on May 18th. It said 8-10 days for shipping. They made me download an app to track it but it was too hard for me to figure out. The package finally came 23 days later and the dresses were the wrong size.

No return label in the box so I texted them. They said I need to use another address to return and by the way its in China. They said they dont do prepaid return labels that would be my responsibility. Ive called and talked with my credit card company and they want papers returned before they do anything.

I get texts saying "kindly ask your credit card company to pay us and by the way how do you like your dresses." I DO NOT want it charged as they are a scam and lead people to believe they are in the US. Why cant these companies be shut down.
