Tracking number changed after I complained about it

I placed an online order with Lilywish. After about three weeks they finally gave me a tracking number but it was unknown in the USPS system. So I emailed them at [email protected] and suddenly they gave me a good tracking number and said the delivery date would be almost a month after I placed the order.

The day before it was supposed to show up I got a notification from USPS saying the parcel was shipped with counterfeit postage and would be returned to Lilywish. I emailed them asking for a refund but there is no address or phone number on their website. I never got any response. Lost $48.
