Bought clothes from lilywish and never got them

I ordered some clothing from an online company called lilywish. They sent me a notification saying a label was printed by usps but the post office never actually got the items to ship.

I contacted them asking for a full refund and got an email on 6/12/26 saying the stuff had already been dispatched. I still haven't received anything. Lost about 139 dollars on this.

Ordered clothes from Lilywish and got the wrong size with no return address

So I ordered some clothes from Lilywish.com and when it showed up it was way too small and just not what I paid for at all. I tried contacting them and after a few days and a couple emails they finally got back to me. They said they could give me a store credit or I could pay to ship it back myself.

But here's the thing—they won't give me an address or a PO Box to send it to. So how am I supposed to return it? And it's their mistake but I have to pay the postage. Just doesn't make sense. No location or phone number on the website either, and no place for reviews. Lost about 80 bucks. Be careful with this site.
