Charged extra 38.85 and no refund from limuva
They never refunded me. After a couple emails they just stopped responding altogether. I'm out the 38.85 and can't get a hold of anyone now.
Ordered lip gloss weeks ago and still nothing
I reached out to the company. They were supposed to be tracking the shipment. But in the meantime, they have attempted to charge my credit card four more times. I already lost $32.90 on this order. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
Ordered lip serum and got forced into a membership I never wanted
The serum never came. And they still took a membership fee out of my account anyway. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. So I’m out the money and never got anything.
Facebook ad took me to Limuva and they took my money
After two weeks nothing came so I emailed their customer service at [email protected]. They apologized and gave me a new tracking number but it wasn't real. They said someone would reach out to me and nobody ever did. I tried emailing again and got no response.
