Ordered lip gloss 3 months ago and nothing
I emailed them and got told my account is flagged and someone would reach out shortly. Nobody ever does. I just keep waiting and nothing happens.
I don't know what flagged even means here. I just want my lip gloss or my money back.
They put a monthly subscription on my account without asking
I tried to cancel it about 5 times and it never worked. Every time I tried, nothing happened. The charges just kept coming.
I only wanted to buy the product once. I never signed up for any subscription and now I can't get it to stop.
Ordered from Limuva website and never got my item
Around 7/3 I emailed them asking where my order was. That started a whole back and forth with someone named Sofia. I tried to upload a screenshot of one of her emails but it only let me send one. I have more. I don't even know if she's a real person. I spent $19.90 and I just want my money back at this point. I also want to warn other people about these scammers so they don't get ripped off too.
Ordered from Limuva and never got my product
Then I saw another charge on my card. It looked like I placed a second order but I didnt. I never even got the first thing I paid for. It just doesnt make sense why they would charge me again for nothing. Still no package and no refund.
Charged extra 38.85 and no refund from limuva
They never refunded me. After a couple emails they just stopped responding altogether. I'm out the 38.85 and can't get a hold of anyone now.
Ordered lip gloss weeks ago and still nothing
I reached out to the company. They were supposed to be tracking the shipment. But in the meantime, they have attempted to charge my credit card four more times. I already lost $32.90 on this order. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
Ordered lip serum and got forced into a membership I never wanted
The serum never came. And they still took a membership fee out of my account anyway. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. So I’m out the money and never got anything.
Facebook ad took me to Limuva and they took my money
After two weeks nothing came so I emailed their customer service at [email protected]. They apologized and gave me a new tracking number but it wasn't real. They said someone would reach out to me and nobody ever did. I tried emailing again and got no response.
