Ordered clothes from Linaforte, never got them, and now they won't answer

I placed an order for clothing from Linaforte and never received anything. I've sent multiple emails about it. Every time, they tell me my refund is in the final stage. Now they just don't answer at all. I'm out $38.57. Their website is linaforte.com and the email I used was [email protected]. They're supposedly in California. I just want my money back.
