Ordered fake flowers online and never got them

I ordered Outdoor/Indoor UV Resistant & Waterproof Artificial Flower Decor. I paid $45.85 for it. I never got it.

They kept sending me fake tracking numbers. Every time I asked they said it was in transit. I checked with UPS and USPS and neither one knew what the number was. Just kept putting me off.
