Ordered an embroidered top and got a screen printed one instead

I ordered a embroidered top from these people. The website is linensloom.com and the email they use is [email protected]. I paid about 50 dollars for it.

What I got in the mail was not what I ordered at all. It was a screen printed top or maybe some kind of cheap transfer. Definitely not embroidered like it said. I don't know what to do now. They don't answer my emails. I just want my money back.
