Letter saying I was a beneficiary for a patient I treated

I got this letter saying I was named as a beneficiary. Their late client was my patient during a business trip in the US and I helped him recover. The funds are in the trust until I submit my application with my full name and phone number.

Their office is handling the estate. Mark called me from 226-705-2500 and wanted info but I told him I couldn't talk. The letter had an address at 3777 Kingsway Suite 210 in Burnaby BC and an email [email protected].

It just felt off. I didn't give him anything.
