Ordered a dress from Linvya.com and never got it, lost my money
I ordered this dress through Facebook from Linvya.com. I placed the order back in February and they said it was delivered in March. I might have put the wrong apartment number, but it was for my next door neighbor.
I was emailing their customer service at [email protected]. They told me they couldn't refund my money because it shows delivered. They asked if I wanted it delivered again. I said yes, hoping it wasn't a scam.
Now it's another month later. The tracking says it was delivered on Thursday, April 3. Even if it went next door, my neighbor knows to bring me my packages. I still don't have it. I'm out $30.99.
