Ordered clothes and got fake tracking number runaround
I ordered from Linvya.com back in March. Paid $41.80 for a pack of shirts. Got an email right away saying thanks for my order and it would be shipped soon.
Then I got another email saying there was a delay and they would give a partial refund. Items never came. I contacted them and they said they would resend it. Then they gave me a tracking number but it goes to some fake tracking site that doesn't update. Just kept giving me the runaround. Never got my money back either.

Ordered tops and pants from linvya, nothing showed up
I ordered a set of 8 tops, and pants that matched. I have been checking and still nothing. Today I checked on 4/21/2026. It shows item already reaching its sorting destination with a time in the evening, and it is currently 12:37 pm. That time shows 19:33. I paid 30.99 and I got an email from [email protected]. The website is linvya. I don't know what's going on.

Ordered a dress from Linvya.com and never got it, lost my money
I ordered this dress through Facebook from Linvya.com. I placed the order back in February and they said it was delivered in March. I might have put the wrong apartment number, but it was for my next door neighbor.
I was emailing their customer service at [email protected]. They told me they couldn't refund my money because it shows delivered. They asked if I wanted it delivered again. I said yes, hoping it wasn't a scam.
Now it's another month later. The tracking says it was delivered on Thursday, April 3. Even if it went next door, my neighbor knows to bring me my packages. I still don't have it. I'm out $30.99.
