Ordered dresses months ago and never got them or my money back

I ordered an 8 pack of backless summer dresses on Jan 16th from a TikTok ad. The website was Linvya. After a month of nothing showing up I had to email them at [email protected] because there is no phone number anywhere. I sent several emails and they finally said oh we are sorry and said they reshipped the order. Never got that either. Its been almost 5 or 6 months now and nothing. No dresses and no refund. I lost $30.99.
