Order never arrived, they keep saying it was delivered

I ordered something from linvya.com and paid $26. They said it was delivered but I never got it. I emailed their customer service at [email protected] about it. They told me they would send the items out again. Then they turned around and said it was delivered a second time. Still nothing.

Now they're only offering to give back part of my money. That doesn't make any sense. I paid for an item and I never received it, not once but twice. I want my full $26 back.

Paid for an order that never arrived, tracking site stopped working

I made an online order from linvya.com and paid with my credit card. At first, I could check the tracking site, but then it just stopped working. I contacted the company through their website. They told me they would issue a partial refund and reship my order. Later, the tracking site updated and said the order was delivered, but I never got anything. I’m out almost $25 and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered clothes from a site I saw on TikTok, never got them

I saw some dresses and pants on TikTok, so I looked up the site and made a purchase. I used Google Pay. I waited about a week for it to ship, so I emailed their customer service. They got back to me and said it had shipped and I’d get my order in 7 to 15 days after it passed customs.

Then on March 13th, over a month later, the tracking said it was delivered. But nothing ever showed up. I never got a package. I’m still waiting to see if they’ll respond to me about where it could be.

Ordered clothes from linvya.com, tracking says delivered but I never got them

I ordered dresses and pants from the website linvya.com. The order had tracking and everything, and it showed it was out for delivery. Then the tracking updated to say it was delivered to my address. But I never got the packages. They just never showed up. I spent $48 on this order and got nothing.
