Ordered from a fake American Eagle site, got nothing

I saw this site advertising clearance American Eagle stuff. It looked like the real American Eagle website. But when I went to pay, it switched over to a site called Liorisse. That felt off right away.

I paid $70 and waited a month. I was following a tracking number they gave me. It finally said the items were shipped. I went to check at the post office and there was nothing there. Nothing ever came.
