Double billed for useless product and no refund after returning it

I ordered from their website lipoless-en.us and they charged me twice for two orders of a product that did nothing. So I sent one back with an RMA they gave me almost two months ago. They said I would get a full refund for that return.

Still nothing. No refund. No reply to emails. Their address is 11870 62nd St. N., Largo, FL 33773 and their email is [email protected]. I lost $305.87 to this whole thing. This business is a scam and they need to give me my money back.

Ordered Lipoless at night, tried to cancel the next morning

On December 29th 2025 I ordered Lipoless from my phone late at night. The next morning I checked this company for scams and there it was. I called to refuse the order but was told it was already shipped.

He gave me an address to send the package back and said I would get a refund in 5-7 days after they received it. Well the package was delivered to them February 9, 2026. I called 6 times and was assured I would get an expedited refund. It never happened. Total scam. The address is for sell. Please don't order this.
