Online purchase I can't cancel keeps charging my card

I ordered from Lipovia and it's a total scam company. I've called them 5 times and sent 6 emails trying to cancel and they always say they will cancel but they never do. They just keep sending a shipment every three weeks and charging my credit card.

I've lost about 285 dollars so far. My credit card company is doing an investigation now because I'm trying to dispute the charges. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they use is (818) 824-8898 from Los Angeles, CA. I just want it to stop.

Stickers from China instead of what I ordered

I got scammed by this company twice. They sent me literal stickers from China! The first time I called to have my auto renew removed, something I never agreed to in the first place. Then three months later they charged me again.

I contacted PayPal because Lipovia's website and phone number are both invalid now. They never answered my emails either. I have an "inactive" auto renew still showing up through PayPal and I reported the card they used.

I hope they cannot do this again.
