Charged twice for subscription I never signed up for

I ordered from lipoviausa.com and it was supposed to be a one time purchase. But they charged me $215.90 and then charged me again. They claim it was a subscription but that is not true. I never agreed to that.

Also the packages were wrong. They said it was 3 months of GLP1 Patches in two separate shipments but neither one had that much. Both packages only had 30 days worth not 90 days like they said. So I got charged for two 3 month supplies and only got 60 days total.

I tried calling and emailing and nobody answers. I am going through PayPal now to try and get my money back but nothing yet.
