Ordered liquor online and they never shipped anything

I ordered 2 bottles of liquor from their website on May 6th, order #9042. The site said they were in stock so I figured it would ship pretty quick. After two weeks I tried reaching out to ask when they were gonna send them but they never replied back.

I opened a case with PayPal about it but honestly they are just as bad at getting back to me for help as Liquor Boutique is. I might just open a complaint on Ecautious.com about PayPal too at this rate. All I want is my money back or my bottles.
