Ordered expensive bourbon and never got the best bottles
It's been over 2 months now and nothing. I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and it just comes back undeliverable. Called the number (833) 547-8670 and all I get is an automated message saying they're closed and listing their hours. I've called during those hours and still get the same recording. Tried the chat on their website too, nobody ever replies. I even looked at their Instagram and there's tons of comments from other people saying they got scammed the same way.
Ordered rare liquor bottles that never showed up
Then they called me back asking if I wanted to buy two more rare bottles. I told them I’m not buying anything else until I get the first ones. After that they kept sending me texts saying the shipment got delayed or sent to the wrong address. This has been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks.
Finally I told them I’m putting in a claim with my credit card company and filing with the BBB. When I called the guy he just hung up on me and started texting that there’s nothing I could do.
