Ordered rare liquor bottles that never showed up

I found this website Liquorstars.com that had rare bottles of liquor. I filled out some info on there and then got a text from someone on the site saying the product was available. So I went ahead and made the purchase, paid $2400 for tracking and everything but the product never showed up.

Then they called me back asking if I wanted to buy two more rare bottles. I told them I’m not buying anything else until I get the first ones. After that they kept sending me texts saying the shipment got delayed or sent to the wrong address. This has been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks.

Finally I told them I’m putting in a claim with my credit card company and filing with the BBB. When I called the guy he just hung up on me and started texting that there’s nothing I could do.
