Jeans took forever and seller won't honor return policy

I tried to buy a pair of women's blue jeans from their website lirachoice.com. They took almost a month to get here. When they finally showed up the jeans were 4 or 5 inches too long and the color and texture was just ugly. Not what I expected at all.

They have a 45 day return policy on their site. But when I asked to return them they ignored me for weeks. Then they finally wrote back asking for my order number, tracking number, screenshots of the shipping label, the size tag inside the pants, and a picture of the jeans themselves. I sent all that. Then they kept putting me off saying they were too busy over the weekends. This went on for three weekends in a row.

Finally they gave me a bunch of lame options. One of them was to mail the jeans to Viet Nam at my own expense. That is just outrageous. I lost 25 dollars on this. Their address is 1500 N. Grant Street Ste N, Denver, CO 80203.
