Order never showed up and no refund after months of emails
Since then I have emailed them a bunch of times because they don't have a phone number to call. First they said they would reship the order but nothing ever came. Then they said a full refund was approved and would be processed. I kept waiting but no refund.
Now I just keep getting the same generic email saying refunds take 15 to 25 business days. It has been way longer than that. I still have nothing. Not the stuff I bought and not my money back.
