Ordered from Liserie.com and never got a confirmation email

I placed an order on Liserie.com and it was for the full amount, like $120. I never got a confirmation email or anything. They said delivery would be 5-7 business days but it's been way longer than that now. The company doesn't have any social media pages that I can find and I can't see any reviews online anywhere. It just feels off.
