Bunny charms order never arrived after tracking stopped in Detroit

I saw an ad on my Facebook page on March 18, 2026 for Handmade Soft Bunny Charms. I bought two for Easter gifts for my daughters. Cost me $40.27.

The tracking said it shipped from Sweden but once it cleared customs and got to Detroit, Michigan the tracking just stopped. I went to https://tracking-hub.com/?nums=7****************** but it didn't show anything after that.

I emailed [email protected] asking when I'd get my shipment. They said they checked tracking and there were no updates, then promised to re-ship my order on April 21, 2026. Never got anything.

Bunny I ordered from Instagram never came after two months

I ordered a bunny from an Instagram account for my daughter for Easter. It was supposed to be a gift. It never arrived. I contacted them and they said they resent it. That one never showed up either.

Then they said it got held up in customs. I asked for a refund. They told me they would refund me once it arrives. But it’s never coming. It’s been two months now. I just want my money back. I lost $26.00. Their website is Literalous.com and their email is [email protected].
