Broken product and a year of empty promises for a refund
I bought something from them and it came broken. That was about a year ago now. I spent all that time trying to get them to send me the replacement pieces and the percent off they promised.
The product was roughly 200 dollars so the 20 percent they promised me would be about 40 bucks. First they said 10 percent back in 2025 when this all started, then they said 20 percent in January. They finally sent me some broken replacement items in June of 2026 but the pieces don’t even match the broken product. I have screenshots of them promising the refund.
Now they say it’s after the 180 day warranty period even though it’s their fault for dragging it out. They keep penalizing me for not getting a refund they promised and I agreed to both times they asked me to confirm. I said okay both times and got nothing. I could only upload one picture so I sent the last one where they offered 20 percent.
