Ordered a hoodie from Little Manta and got something completely different

I ordered the Little Manta Dino Plush Hoodie from littlemanta.com. I didn't know it would take so long to arrive since they don't clarify that it's coming from China.

When it finally got here, the hoodie was nothing like the pictures on their website. It's flimsy and thin.

I emailed [email protected] asking how to return it and never got any answer.

Paid for a baby product that never showed up

I ordered a baby product from littlemanta.com and paid $104 for it. The website says they're in Everett, WA, and the email I have for them is [email protected].

The product was supposed to be from the USA, but when I looked at the shipping info it was coming from China instead. That's not what was advertised at all.

I never got the product. Nothing showed up. I just want my money back for something I paid for and never received.

Bought a baby lounger from them and got a flat ripped piece of foam

I bought the “Little Manta Pastel Baby Lounger Nest” from their website www.littlemanta.com. It’s supposed to be this plush pillow with raised bumper sides so a baby doesn’t roll off. That’s what the picture shows anyway.

What showed up was a flat, flimsy piece of foam. The cover was ripped. Nothing like the ad. I paid 95 dollars for this. Total waste.
