Text saying my payment was declined from a number I don’t know

I got a text from 252-516-4986 that had my first and middle name in it. It said my payment had been declined and to call 470-845-0873. I don’t even know what payment they’re talking about.

So I looked up that second number and it came back to something called Live Oaks Financial in Georgia. I have never done any business with them at all. Never. Not sure how they got my name or number but it felt weird. I didn’t lose any money but it still bothered me.
