Won a gold bar on LiveAuctioneers but got a fake one sent to me

I won a 1 oz gold bar through LiveAuctioneers, their address is 120 19th St N Ste 201 in Birmingham AL. I sent them $4,475 for it. When I got the package it was a fake gold bar, not real. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling 1(315) 807-7556 but no one is answering. Their website is www.liveauctioneers.com. I just want my money back or the real gold bar. This doesn't feel right at all.
