Bought terrible dresses from a site pretending to be in New York

I bought three dresses from LivitNewYork.com after seeing them on Facebook. The website made it seem like it was based in New York. The dresses arrived and they were unbelievably poor quality, just completely counterfeit.

When I tried to return them, I found out the only return address is in Guangdong. That's not New York at all. I spent over $137 on this. The whole thing feels like a scam. I contacted their support email, [email protected], but I haven't gotten any real help.
