Ordered a razor from Livora and they kept charging me fees

I ordered their razor back in March 2026, for $29.95. Not only did they not send me my package, they said it was undeliverable and it went back to their warehouse. Then they said I would be charged a fee to redeliver. The fee was $24.83. Then they charged me $35.98 for 1 replacement head that was able to make it to my house.

I can not use the replacement head if I don’t have the razor handle part you put them in. I have been back and forth since the beginning of April to get this resolved. I keep getting this excuse about reviewing the refund status and to allow a few business days. Jessica from their support keeps sending the same message.
