Paid for a new motor and got charged for labor on a faulty engine
I bought a brand new motor from LKQ at 5112 Lower Wetumpka Rd in Montgomery. The person who did the work used my invoice to pick it up. But he put in a faulty engine, not the one I actually purchased.
Then he went ahead and charged me for the labor. Nothing was even done to my vehicle. I lost $2500 over this. The whole thing just doesn't make sense.
