Ordered boots from fake Timberland site, package never came

I placed an order on January 11th, 2026, from a website that was made to look just like Timberland's. It only sold their products. The total was $60.16. I got a tracking number and watched it come from China, go through US customs, and then it said it was delivered on February 12th.

That wasn't true at all. We have cameras all around our house and nothing was delivered that day. I tried to contact the merchant, Llmtai.com, but they don't have a phone number listed. I sent emails to [email protected] and never got any reply. I even tried the tracking website they used, track718.com, and they were no help.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company right away. This company is a complete scam.
