Ordered loaded water teas and never got a tracking number

I ordered some loaded water/teas from their website www.loadedwaters.co and they charged me $59.97. That was over a month and a week ago. Never got a tracking number or the product.

I emailed [email protected] asking about my order. They do respond but it is just a run around. They say it has been shipped and they will update me when they get more info. But they never give me anything real. I asked for a refund and they said no because the product was shipped. But they cannot give me a tracking number or tell me anything about where it is. So I just have no product, no tracking, no info.
